Day 3 of week 7~
So freaking tired. Was on leave yesterday but slept damn little.
Slept late the previous night but woke up damn early.

MAMA yesterday was a hit!
Our boys won 3 awards in total - Singapore's Choice Award, Best Male Group Award &&& Album Sales Award!!
Boys cried while giving delivering their thank you speech during Best Album Sales Award.
Even maknae Kyu cried and he hardly cries.
This just shows how appreciative they are to ELFs <3
Regardless of what anyone says, boys will forever be my NUMBER ONE!!

& we moved down to the first floor call centre today but I realised that it's not a good thing after.
The door is made of glass and the director passes by this place at least twice a day so he'll be able to see what we have on our computer screens.
Teacher asked us to be careful :S


Day 1 of week 7 wasn't off to a good start..
So tired physically & mentally~
Literally raced to the call centre the carpark.
I set 2 alarms - One at 7AM & one at 7.40AM but in the end, I woke up at 8.30.
Just way too tired.
Didn't manage to recover my sleep over the weekend at all.
So had to chiong to wash up and get out of the house.
Then my mum sent me to school.

WHAT?!
Our presentation's only at 4PM???
That is normally our slack time and the most sian time to do anything.

But oh wells, I took full day leave tomorrow for MAMA.
Something to rejoice about~
This week is only a 4-day week for me.

Can't wait for MAMA!
Seems so exciting~

It's 2.30AM already..
Just finished writing my 'script' for Monday's presentation..
So happy~
Took only hour to write it including checking.
Time for me to enter lala land already.
This afternoon need to go and celebrate Pearlyn's birthday.

I need to sleep..
Damn exhausted..

But this weekend will be hectic for me );
Can't get enough rest.
Saturday - Pearlyn's birthday celebration
Sunday - Ryan's confirmation celebration
On top of that, I have to find time to prepare for presentation on Monday.
If possible, I also need to find some time to at least write abit of my report which is due in 2 weeks time

A teacher brought some China people and entered our TEP room when the supervisors weren't around. Then they started taking pictures of us????? A while later, I got bombarded with questions by 3 of the China people. I couldn't really understand what they're saying but I still tried my best to reply in Chinese ;)

Conclusion about the day's activities:

- Didn't call the managing director of the company to do role play cause teacher say he's very busy so they didn't dare to schedule another time for me. YAY~

- I encountered a weird customer today. He started speaking in Chinese once he picked up the phone so I asked him if he could speak in English instead cause I really didn't know how to explain all those technical terms in Chinese. Then, the first two English words he said to me was: "What's up?"?!?!?!! I was really caught offguard. Hahahahaha!

- Only managed to hit one objective that teacher set for us. Only managed to make 50 calls, didn't manage to get 5 data updates (only got 3 updates) & of course no sales lead.




Today is FRIDAY!!

Seriously need to rest well this weekend.
& I took leave on Monday ;)
